AquaFIIT - Deep Water Drills

Deep Water Drills is a collection of different blocks of drill & conditioning work. Each drill is built to target different FITT or HIIT Principles. Each drill can be used as a stand alone block of work or will be structured together for dynamic total body boot camp workout.

Equipment Required: Jogging Belts, Noodles , Hand Buoys, Drag Gear ( Webbed gloves or Aqua Logix Drag Bells)
