AquaFIITcation teaches aquatic fitness professionals how to build a curriculum for your Aquatic Fitness class when inspired by land based fitness. This workshop will review the difference between Gravity Resisted training in contrast to buoyancy & drag. Group work will then take popular land fitness videos and as a team aquafy the workout for content to use in their own classes.
