Tabata Total Body Conditioning ensures that using only the wall and water, the entire body is conditioned in 45 minutes or less. 20 Seconds on and 10 seconds total rest. Workshop will cover the many styles of Tabata and how they can be implemented in sections of your class or be a stand alone format.
Dual Depth or Deep Adaptation Available upon request.
Course Length: 2/3 hours in lecture & pool
Equipment: Access to a large section or corner of the pool wall.
